nice and clean design!
To further stiffen up the rear end, i would add a tube along the middle
section of the seat as well, directly taking the load from the upper pivot
end towards rear to create closed triangles there. Or you could change the
seat layout from rectangular to triangular fields that meet at the upper
pivot end on the front and on the upper rear end.

I take it you want to keep a bikes rear end and reuse it as a python front?
