I don't have to much experience with the zephyr seat, but since it is
plywood it might be slightly adjustable to the form of your back. Personally
i don't like the flevobike seat to much, it is less beautifull than the
other dutch seats (nazca, optima and m5).
Here in Holland we have the luxury to go to a shop and judge which seat is
the best size, it's like fitting shoes. If posible try the seat before
buying.
All seats are pretty hot, but drilling large (4 cm) holes works a bit. I
even drilled holes in a carbon seat, so that is possible in both seats.
