Here are the stats for the project page for the PC2:
Pivot Angle: 59 degrees
Trail: 30 cm
Seat height: 25cm
BB height: 40.5cm
BB-Seat diff. 15.5cm
Ground clearance: 5cm
Wheelbase: 114cm, but adjusts from 42"(107cm) to 48½"(123cm)
Weight: 13kg
BB-FWA: 37cm
Turning Circle: 2.75m
Length: 179cm, but adjusts from 67½"(172cm) to 73½"
Width: 44.5cm to handle bars
Weight Bias: 60/40 front/rear
Thanks Tim. I will reorganize the project page. The table order
criterium will no longer be the wheelsize but the pivot angle.
I have bull horn handlebars plus the shifters and brakes mounted ...
Most of the foreign python riders prefer handlebars. All five pythons
here in my hometown have none. Do you use the bars for steering
or just as a holder for brake-, gear-levers and hands?
I ask this because handlebars, especially under seat increase the
air-drag a lot. Also two pythons with handlebars cannot ride
so close together.
When cruising I rest my hands on the thigh/hip region.
When speeding up I put my arms behind the seat, hands resting
on the frame.
Pressing with both arms against the knees/thighs also brings some
km/h more speed.
Marcel and I experimented with holding onto each other as we ride, like
Jurgen and his wife does. I initially reached over and put my hand on his
shoulder and was amazed at how steady I was.
That´s really a nice feature, yet undocumented so far ;-)
Cruising with Eveline, we are linked together by holding each
others thighs. Very relaxing and communicative. People sth.
think that it´s a tandem bike. We can do curves and we even
can stop without touching the ground.
Jürgen.
