I think Carl is right.
This Type of Benz has 2 Airbags minimum.
And if teh airbag would be inflateable by hitting the bumper with a bag it shurely would inflate on fast trips on german autobahn (motorway) too. 
But its really funny, and i know this type of drivers are no fake.
