For those interested, I posted an Imperial and metric version on my site:

Delete the old, replace with the new. Should run on Win9x now also.
It can now compute upright bikes (the original intent of the algorithms).
It was interesting to see that my touring bike showed a reasonably accurate
range for its geometry when no-hands riding. My heavy handlebar bag does
improve stability (except in cross-winds!), and leaning forward helps as well.
Front panniers apparently should be mounted higher and close to the pivot line.
Rear panniers decrease stability. Note that if I pack all the heavy stuff up
front when touring, it might be more stable, but slow to respond to evasive
action.
For non-racing tires, the wheel inertia should be doubled. The wheel inertia
and mass moment values are actually still odd Imperial units; lb-in and
lb-in**2, respectively.
Hopefully some of you will have the opportunity to do some reality checking
this weekend on your recumbents!
