Good that you are documenting the building process for everyone.

If you want to use 30x30 for the front frame you might run into
several problems:

- front frame gets too heavy
- front frame gets too wide -> collision with heels and cranks
- collision with chainwheel
- ...

Are you sure that you cannot get at least 30x20 in your town?

40x10 seems best to me but minimum order is 6 m
30x10 could be too weak, especially for you
30x20 was the material for my P1 and I had to make lots of cuts
      in the drivetrain region.

Try to keep the front frame as narrow as possible.
