You sure have a nice-looking Python. I like its looks.
About training wheels. Well, I kind of hated to crash and fall each
time and slide (read as fall) of the seat when it was at 90°. I
placed those bull-horns at the bottom near the hinge. Now when I fall
they touch the ground first and the bike stays at 45°. It falls less
hard I found out. But ... when you start to totally control your
Python and you want to make very sharp turns they hit the ground when
you don't want. That is the current problem of one of my students. He
rides the Python on daily basis during the breaks at school. I guess
it would be better for him to cut off the horns. But ... that would
be less good for the other students who are still learning. So ...
they stay on.
You can see a fore-runner of the horns on my site at http://
users.skynet.be/nestofdragons/creates/index02.htm . Go to prototypes
and 06. I will try to update the site and place the recent horns
there later this evening.
