Hi Jaime,
if you choose "fat" wheels you have to build a wider front part to fit
the wheel. That makes the front part longer because you need more length
to merge the side tubes at the BB and the SBB.
I have used a knobby fat wheel too and can say it is not good, its the
reason for a [four-letter word] chainline problem.
Next python will have smaller wheels and a simple suspension for comfort.
