Hi Jaime,
what about if you just put thick plating in between BB and frame tubes? Serge used this trick on this bike may be to solve the same problem:

(the foto doesn't show the detail very good, but it might be a solution?).
His frame is probably very different from yours but may be the same idea can be used?
