[python] New Project Side

As a start, today I created the project survey page:

http://www.python.tieflieger.net/projects.html

This should help to compare the different projects in
various aspects.

Any more projects, data, corrections and hints are welcome.

PS: Yuck - I measured the weight of P3 with 20 kg now.
      1 kg is supposed to be dust and mud and dirt!
