[python] Metal parts blueprints

Hi
I recall that a (long) time ago someone posted a link to a
homebuilders site that had all the technical drawings of the weld-on
parts of a frame (derailleur pad and stuff like that). I've searched
in the archive but can't find it - maybe someone else remembers it?
I'm going to have to cut out all my parts out of a carbon plate, so
technical details would be very welcome ;)
