Yes. They don't help me to steer the bike, but it is definitely
indispensable to keep my body stable, for me who cannot keep my hands up on
roller costers.

Every component are ordinary stuff sold on the market. The bike has no
special feature or gimmic. I guess the high speed is achieved simply because
of my choice of very steep downhill.

Your latter guess is correct. The frame is made of steel (SS400), not
stainless. Maybe it seemed like stainless because I polished the frame
before taking pictures.

The bike has a 16 inches (ETRTO305)front wheel and 26inch(ETRTO559)rear
wheels. I chose 26 inches for the rear simply because they were cheaper.
