Hello Nobuo,
Based on my experience of riding Flevo clone, I assume that Python
is to be steered by feet. Therefore, I plan to put the fixed handle bar
under the seat.
Yes, I would just use short stubs to hold the brake and gear levers.
If you can place them directly beneath the seat, they will not
be damaged, when the bike falls.
Since I live in a snowy town, I have to wait till April to ride bike.
This will be hard to wait for ;-)
Upon final completion, I will post the specifications etc. here.
