Hand cranks should be possible. I have already thought of a leg/arm driven
python. A separate rear arm drive opens a lot of nice possibilities, but
will
make the python 5 kg heavier.
The easiest solution I can offer is a leg/arm drive by simpy pushing your
knees with the hands. This brings some extra speed, but only temporarely.
Also the knees are stressed more than usual.

This is not possible and will not be rideable.
