I have only just got started on the building of my Python , been

if anybody has tried , would it be possible to make the brake lever
mobile , kind of like a pair of pliers , maybe a short piece of
handle bar with the lever on it not attached to anything ? , just hold it in your hand when your riding. Just an idea , surprised no
one has done it , probably a good reason why no one's done it that
I've overlooked !

I used a similar contraption (brake and gear lever mounted on a short
tube) during a very cold winter. So, I could keep both hands protected
under my warm jacket during the whole ride. Sweet.

For normal riding it does not offer much. Better to have both hands
free, e.g. when you are holding a map, or making notes.
