Irfanview is pretty easy to get used to and is quite powerful, really.

On the seat, I think that Jürgen, if I understood him correctly was suggesting 
that you need more width in the structural part of the seat, not merely 
padding. I think your use of the foam you mentioned for padding is great, but 
it won't affect your bike control issues too much because it is just too mushy. 
(Again, this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use it-- just that the frame under 
it has to direct control moment from your body to the wheels through the frame 
and the better the seat frame contacts your hips and holds onto your upper 
body, the more sideways moment you will be able to apply to the frame with less 
effort and bodily _overcompensation_. It's the overcompensation that is making 
it difficult for you to ride in my opinion.
