Hello Ronald, thanks for youre advice concerning irfanview, i allready have 
tried it out, hope i will make it a little better some day...
The foam i was talking about is not this insulation foam like some carbon 
homebuilders use. I meant a soft black foam like i used to use as camping-bed 
when i was younger and my back wasn´t so delicate..;)
I will first of all just ad one or two layers on the side of Backpart of my 
seat to increase the contact-surface to my body. Hope it might help.
Jürgens comment about my Prothon encourages me a lot, there is a way to build a 
non-welded Python!...
I will send some more pics of the construction as soon i have time to resize 
and comment the pictures i have made.
