[python] Front wheel traction

I have read that some people out there complain that a problem with the python
is the lack of traction on the drive wheel.
I have thought about this for a while and came up with the idea of moving the
design off of the flat plain. See the included image. I do know how this will
effect handling.
If this has been discussed in the pasted and a solution found I apologise for
waisting every ones time.
