[python] Exotic Tubing (was: Python of course!)

20 x 30 mm tubing is made here by bending and welding. The 0.9 mm is the
measure of the 20 BWG boards used to make the tubes.

They don't bend tubes less then 20 mm wide, because is very difficult to
weld them.

I'll solve the interference between the chainring and the right side of the
frame "crushing" some extension of the frame...
