[python] Dirks baby python - hanging pendulum

Hi all!

My name is Jens. I am physic student form Munich, and i hope to be a python
rider till summer this year ;)

I was studying the different python types and geometries the last few days.
Jürgen wrote here
http://f21.parsimony.net/cgi-bin/topic-indent.cgi?Nummer=37385&ThreadNummer=36484:
(sorry for the german..)
"
Dadurch dass der Schwerpunkt unterhalb der Vorderradachse liegt,
reagiert das Hinterteil wie ein hängendes Pendel und zieht das
Vorderrad automatisch in die Geradeausstellung."

But on Dirks baby python the centre of gravity is about at the same hight(or
even a little above) of the front wheel axis. Why it is still self centering?
Is it less stable then pythons having the piviot and/or the GC below the Front
wheel axis?
Or are my eyes just wrong ;)

bye,
jens
