[python] Data upgrade

Low speed handling is better than old one. I think that because this one has 
smaler trail and bigger wheel base. If I adjust bb as low as could(10cm above 
seat height) then handling above 10km/h speeds are as good as old one. But 
turning is hard, because bedals hits the ground. So i rise bb few cm. Effect to 
handling is small.
 With fat(47x507 and 47x622) tyres it is as fast as old one with 37mm tyres. 
Average speed whithout swetting on commute is 21-24km/h. I think that top speed 
on bigest downhill(100-150m long and 7-12m high) is about 40-45km/h. Must 
install speed metter some day...
