My idea of control spring is to quantify the force necessary to turn the handlebar. On most bikes the force is small at low speed and gets higher as the bike goes faster. On the Python, it is reversed. The force is high at low speed and gets smaller as the bike goes faster.

There is an anti spring component from the force that supports the front wheel, i.e. the vertical support from the ground. There is the pro spring component from the side ward friction force on the front wheel. This one gets larger with speed.
