[python] BB height?

Hello

Have anybody else notice BB height on python balance and handling? Abouth month 
ago i bend my python frame so, that seat rice and BB go lower. Third last 
picture on my page:

Python become easier to handle and it goes straigter on speed.
Today i bent frame more, BB is now 5-10cm lower, seat height is same(second 
last picture on my page). Now python become even better.
I think that, when BB goes lower, leg efect on balanse is lesser and python 
become beter to hande?
