[python] Another new one

Jürgen is right: the pivot is a bottombracket, fixed in a similar way as Olaf 
did on his monty. Pivot angel is 67°, wheelbase 110 cm. The seat is plywood, 
four sheets of 3mm plywood glued on two 12mm plywood supports.
After a break of some days (we own a sailing boat and that needs much more time 
than a bike) I tried to ride yesterday and suffered from the first setback. I 
could'nt do half of what I managed the first time. But I believe in what 
everybody says and hope to learn  it.
