[python] Re: 81 inseam

There are fewer 24" tyres to choose from than, say, 26" tyres, but they
are not all 40psi knobbies.  Rummaging through the Schwalbe site for 20"
tyres, I noticed that some (not all) of the Marathon family of tyres are
available in 24".
