I think you might be helped a bit by carefully surmising all the materials that Jürgen has posted on the python-lowracer pages. There's quite a bit to be learned by looking at the pictures, drawings and by perusing the texts, especially those on geometry. The gallery of what's successfully been built and is rideable is quite helpful as well.
