At least some schools are requiring us to pay fees. I was requesting the
records with my gal order as they are needed for the hearing because the
disability is disputed.

Good Afternoon Ms. Miller. Mary McGowan, our Counsel, forward this email to
me. Yes, we do have a fee for producing documents as in Regulation 790-2 of
Prince William County Public Schools. This regulation has been in place since
2003. This type of request is considered a FERPA request, Family Educational
Rights and Privacy Act. The fee is $5.00 up to the 6th page and $.20 per page
after that. This regulation is also a Fairfax Co Public Schools regulation.
If you would like to have the documents sent electronically we can do that
also. The fee is the same. Please let me know what you would like to do.
