I have a screw on my tachihara view camera that is stripped and I
can't get it out. I need to get it out to replace it. It's one of
the screws that attaches the lens so it's important. How do you
remove a stripped screw?

How stripped is it? Sometimes turning it so that it's head-down &
trying to unscrew without much upwards pressure will help it to fall
out. A little dab of glue might also help it to sick to the driver,
hopefully not permanently.
Once it's out, you're faced with the next problem: did the screw get
stripped, or did it strip the threads in the hole. In the latter
case, you might be able to go one size up & re-tap the hole.
Good luck with it,
