I don't know if the times you gave are right or not. The problem with
short
times is it's so much easier to have a timing error creep in. With a 20
minute time it's pretty hard to get so distracted.
OTOH C-41 is only 3:15 and we manage. You just need to pay greater
attention
if you're using such short times.
