[pure-silver] Re: phosphorescent paint

The ordinary stuff is essentialy a solid that is suspended in a binder...
it is not soluble... go to an art supply store and look around or ask for
something to mix up a powder into a paint... "Medium" or "binder" are words
that are used here; but they may not be the correct terms where you are... you
will probably be better off buyng a new bottle!

Bad news but I think you will need to grind it back into a fine powder before
tryng to redisperse it... SPELLING ALERT - mortor and pestle.

You might be able to use gum arabic, or even gelatin... but probably the best
thing you could do would be to buy some of the tiny glow in the dark stickers
that are sold in dollar stores, etc... they come in circles, dots, squares and
stars not to mention plain sheets or "address lable" shapes and all in
different sizes.

If you choose to go the hard way, and need more info... let me know.

If what you have is an ink, or dye, then it is a special type and the above
does not apply.
