A simple sharp Exactor knife and a good steel ruler. There is nothing
better! No other cutter can cut as precisely. No other cutter can make a
cut-off that thin. No other cutter costs less.
An Exactor knife can fix any cut, which was messed up by any other cutter!
The only draw-back; watch your fingers!!!
