[pure-silver] new darkroom floor
Hi, I just built a new darkroom in my new (to me) garage in Houston, TX. The floor is wooden and raised up off the concrete by a few inches, because the concrete floor was not level and it sometimes let a little water in.
So my question is about how to finish the wood floor. The two options I'm considering are: (1) 2 coats of polyurethane, sanded; or (2) some kind of vinyl floor. 

Which do you think would be preferable? Or is either one ok?
