[pure-silver] moving a darkroom
I just found out I may have to move my darkroom this summer. It's in the garage of a house we're renting, and the landlord has suddenly decided to sell the house. We may try to buy the house, but if we get outbid, I may have to pack up and move.
My question is: how many full days of work does it take on average to set up again somewhere else? I realize this depends on many factors including the condition of the building it will go in, but just a ballpark estimate will help with planning. I have a sink that is detachable from the wall; a vent hood with a fan and ducts, and two enlargers, although the 8x10 might have to go in storage for a while. I guess the main work will be installing new vent holes for the air to go out in the new garage or whatever; making a new air inlet (I use a sort of baffle box now); detaching and reinstalling the sink; making the room light-tight; and setting up the enlargers again. 

I think I can get some help with this so I won't be doing it alone.
