I answered Marty privately and fixed it, and, explained to him how to obtain a password and login to Pure-Silver.

I joined Pure-silver just by giving my email address -- no password given, no
instructions received.   I found the Archives by going to freelists.

Is there a way to get the messages on a Digest basis?

I am a co-administrator of Pure-Silver and will switch you to receive the digest if you wish. You can change this yourself at the Freelists web site but you have to register to get into it. The digest command does not appear to be one which can be set via e-mail.
