So, my guess would be 4.5-5 min agitating normally throughout the entire
development.  If you took the pictures in open shade or another setting
where there is naturally a lot less contrast than in open sunlight, you
might even go out to 6 minutes.


In any case, the next time you shoot HP5, try rating it at ASA 200 and
developing for 8 3/4 min ... I think you'll love the results.
