Ok.. that's pretty normal. They really aren't sharp. I mean, the lens is
plastic!

If the results are sharp it's because the Holga is defective. Apply a
hot soldering iron to the lens, it usually does the trick. Some
prefer a heat gun - but it is easy to get carried away with a heat gun.
