In a word... no. Think of it as shooting 12 night shots on a roll of 36, 
and your flash didn't go off. Or 12 shots of Hale-Bopp. Or anything that 
will give you basically no exposure on 12 frames. You cannot be responsible 
for calculating how many silver halide molecules, on your roll of film, 
have actually been light struck.
