I have no intention to sue anyone because of this particular issue. I
am just another one who is unhappy with current copyright laws,
especially but not limited to Sonny Bono Micky Mouse Protection Act. I
merely suggested that we have an issue here and we know the risk
associated with archiving. The question is whether you choose to
ignore the well known problem or do something to make it work better.
