[pure-silver] What is fair price?

I have a Nikon F with Ftn prism and 50mm f/1.4 lens. The meter has been
modified to take non-mercury batteries. Comes with soft leather case. The
camera is in excellent condition and so is the lens.

I have been asked what I would sell it for but I have no idea what the fair
market price is.

Can someone suggest a fair price for this? I have checked eBay but prices
seem to fluctuate quite a bit and the right combination does not show up
enough to give a good sample.
