In my case it's Ilford MG IV RC as well, 16"x20" size.
I have maybe 8 prints in total with this effect.
I just made a close look at the 4 I have here at the office and I'm pretty
well
convinced that its insufficient fixing and or washing combined with 6
years
in an office with fluorescent lighting, laser printers, photocopiers, ...
I'm much more careful in my processing now.
