Hi leigh,
If it is realy the air pollutants I wonder too, we just moved into a new
building.
Against that is the fact that right above the changed RC print are 2
lith prints, which are unchanged. These are 2 FB prints though, on
ancient Foma paper. I seem to recall that the highlights of a lith print
are made of relative small silver grains (the size of the silver
grain/particle determines it's colour), and these are supposed to be
more vunrable to pollutants in the air ( but to make a fair comparison
for these prints I would have to have identical copies, stored in the
dark, and I do not have these, a bit hard with lith prints..)
Also I have a cyanotype hanging up there, seemingly unchanged, and
cyanotypes can change..
Best,
Cor
