I would also expect that the metal is grossly fatigued due to the
radiation slamming down on it. This is a common problem in nuclear power
plants and 40 years of cosmic radiation is no joke.
You can buy plots of moon real estate from the lunar embasssy, I was
trying to get hold of the Hassies by buying Tranquility Base (special
opffer: 20,000 bucks) but I was required to convert it into a museum and
I don't have that kind of cash...:-)
Think I'll stick to eBAY :-)
