Right, like massive telephone solicitation businesses and fraud schemes that
annoy and endanger millions and millions worldwide (like the naive elderly
in the US) and can skirt around applicable laws in countries because they
are outside jurisdiction. Sorry, administrator, I did not start this
sub-thread, but as a public service I thought I should respond to this
