DEAR ELIAS,
        Below is a link to Kodak cine neg films.  When I was shooting TV
commercials in NYC I used to buy my 16mm and 35mm film from KODAK MOTION
PICTURE FILM at 360 W. 31st ST but that was more than 15 years ago.  I feel
certain that Kodak must still have cine film sales offices in NYC and Los
Angeles (Hollywood).  If you go on the site below they probably have a "find
a dealer" link.  Good luck.
