[pure-silver] Re: Slow activity on the list?

Hi Steve,

Right, Australia, a step ahead in time; I should have known. Where? I have a friend who lives in the Hunter Valley, outside of Sydney. They make great wine in the Hunter Valley, at the foot of the mountains. Bought some the other day, called HOPE, a white Chardonnay. My friend has been telling me about the current droughts; you are so short of water that you are planning on recyling sewage water for drinking :(

The snow you saw was what KODAK calls a *Kodak moment*. Hope you got it on film.

I experience 45°C in our summer when I go and do photography in Southern California, in Anza Borrego and the Salton Sea (inland salt water sea, 251 feet below sea level).

You try and stay cool while we try and stay warm ;)

Cheers :)

Hi, Did I understand correctly, 40°C and a BBQ, where do you live?

Here, now, today, it is 3°C and we had 50 cm of snow since yesterday morning.

Anybody want to borrow my shovel? Great day for photos though.

Cheers :)

Hi Bogdan,

Today is a bit warmer so it could easily reach 45C [not uncommon here in summer].

I live in Australia. So the correct time is always tomorrow. I have seen snow once in my life 32 years ago.
