[pure-silver] Re: Sink Decisions and Waterproofing

Hi Claudio,
Not really - although I have a couple of unusual tools lying around my
darkroom including all my electronics test gear (a CRO, signal generator,
power supplies, soldering iron etc.). I also have a fog machine that I used
to visualise the flow of air across my trays once I had adjusted the
ventilation!
At the company I work for, we use a large variety of pneumatic flow meters
to design and test our products. The beauty about the spirometer is that it
has an extremely low impedance in comparison to other flow meter designs.
This reduces the flow reading error when the pressure drops in the
"pneumatic circuit" are very small. (for an electrical analogy - imagine if
you used an ammeter that has such a high impedance that all the voltage drop
falls across it rather than the other circuit components).
 regards
Peter
