The 2007 Silver Conference featured a self publishing company that had
excellent quality reasonable prices, and you could do as many as 1 copy in a
run if that is what you wanted. hope someone who attended that conference will
chime in with the name of that company. They were located near San Francisco
California.

to produce a short-run book?
Were you happy with the quality of photographic reproduction?
I have always assumed that this type of service is more geared toward
quick, inexpensive books, rather than quality reproduction.
