Yep: http://www.pixart.it in Italy, close to Venice.
Printing quality is correct and pretty constant (they use HP Indigo 5000 
digital printers) but packaging does always resist the bad handling of the 
carriers.
Note that the last print run I did with them was a year ago so they may have 
improved on this point.
They do a lot of others things like textile banners, ...
Their website is multi-language and contains a price calculator.
