I seem to have addressed everything but the above

Agfa suggests squeegeeing off the surface of both film
and paper. If too much Sistan in left on the surface it will
eventually cause staining somewhat along the lines of
staining from excessive hypo in the emulsion. One of the
problems with Sistan is that Agfa has changed their
recommended treatment times. Since it has a wetting agent in
it (the same one that's in Photo-Flo) it is used as a final
rinse. For the above reason it must be squeegeed off the
surface eliminating one of the advantages of using a wetting
agent on film. Paper is nearly always squeegeed or sponged
off so it doesn't matter there. AFAIK, the stuff works, it
just would be useful to have the results of an independantly
conducted accelerated life test.
