That's pretty much what I do as well except that I keep D-76 replentished for 6
months
at a time and I keep the PermaWash/KRST toner mixture around for a month or so.

The plain fact is that I don't know. I think the alcohol might evaporate but if
the container is sealed most of the time perhaps it won't. There may be other
reasons for making it up as needed. It seems to me that diluted solutions of
Photo-Flo are vulnerable to mold. I suspect Jerry or one of the other chemists
here could give a more definite answer.
